Messrs Williamson and G. Reynolds umpired in the first match, Messrs Wiliamson aod W. G. Sherratt in the second, and Mr J. R. Murphy in the third. Afternoon tea was supplied by Mesdames W. G. Sheri a't and J. Clark. The tournament will ba resumed tomorrow at noon, when tie handicap matches will be etaited. Waipiro I plays MaDgaheia 11, aod Mangaheia I plays Mangutu Poverty Bay I and II meet in the s: nior match at 2 o’olock.
