The seoond round in the competition for the .Handicap, Pairs of the above club was continued yesterday afternoon. A good game took piece, resulting—

Hailey and Morrison obtained the lead, being 6 to their opponent*’ sop the 6th head. The 10th head saw E trie and Skeet still 1 point behind, the scores being 12—11. Oa the 15sh bead, however, Earle and Skeet held the advantage, bsing 15 to 14. Oa the last bead, with the soores 19 to 20, Skeet and 3 Earle secured 1, making the scores 20 all. Hailey and Morrison, receiving a handicap of 1 point, won by that margin. The remaining game in the second round takes place to’-morrow afternoon.
