(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, last night. Mr Gourlay was re-eleoiod Chairman of tho Harbor Board unopposed. The Mayor and Councillors officially weloomed Admiral Fawkes at the Town Ha'l this afternoon. The Harbor Board was prevented from attending owing to the statutory meeting.
