WHAT A DUKE SAW. ,By telegraph, Press Ass’n, Copyright Capetown, Feb. 19. The Duke of Connaught studied the conditions of- the Chinese, labor and saw the accommodation provided for the coolies. He was satisfied they were thoroughly well housed, under the best sanitary conditions. The food was ample and excellent.-. The coolies were good workmen and well behaved.
