The match Manawatu v. Melbourne was oonoluded to-day, endiag ia a Dinewioketß defeat. Manawatu, who started 10 behind, were all disposed of for 85, leaving the Australians 74 to get to win. Tbi3 they did with the lass of one man. Armstrong took 10 • wickets for 29, aud Butler three for 14.
