TURANGANUI BOWLING CLUB,
A number of good games were played at the above club’s green during the paet week, and on Saturday there was a good attendance. Following are the results Birrell MoSkimming Mackrell Edwards Martin Jeune Nasmith, jar, Bk 20 Hepburn, skip 14 Humphreys Morse Hepburn, skip SO Jeune, skip 8 Hepburn Jeune Nasmith, jar, ek 22 Harvey, skip 14 Jeune 13 Martin 10 Nasmitb, jor 18 Earle 15 Hird 22 MoSkimming 4 HANDICAP PAIRS-'SEOOND ROUND Jeune Edwards Martin, Bkip 23 Hepburn, skip 20 Jeune and Maitin led throughout. On the sth head they wore 9 to their opponents’ 3, on the 10th head 15 to 5, and on the 15th head 22 to 9. . Oa the six remaining heads Edwards and Hepburn soored well. The latter pair reoeived a handicap of 1 point, and Jeune and Martin seoured victory by 3 points. Two more games in the second round remain to be played.
HANDICAP SINGLES. Entries for the Haudioap Singles are now being received, and are due to close on Thursday next.
