The Russian Government has returned to America many money orders sent for the relief of Jews, alleging they are intended to aid the revolutionary cause. St. Petersburg, Feb. 12.
Tbo injuries to Admiral Obuknin, wounded by a woman at Sabastopol, are serious, but his condition is not hopeless.
