Wellington, last night. • At the Supreme Court to day, before the Chief Justioe, Annie Jane Olsen petitioned for dissolution of marriage with Hans Jacob Olsen, on the grounds that he had rbisoonduoted himself with Wi'helmina ,Munroe Archer, a married woumn living apatt from her husband, Benjamin Archer. In a second suit the last named person "Sought divoroe from Wilhelmina Muoro Archer on the ground of her misconduot with Hans Jacob Oissn. Mrs Archer resisted this application, on the ground that.her husband had committed adultery with a married woman named Smith. , _ Hi* Honor reserved judgment.
