In a single day nino aliens wore sentenced at the Old Bailoy, including two for crimes of violence, and fivo for robberies. All will be expelled at the termination of their sentences. Berlin, Feb. 8.

Ho was afterwards informed by the inspector that it was better for him not to see too much and he would then got on. Witness, while denying misconduct, said he found this good advice.

The recent cyclonic disturbance in the far North did enormous damage to the banana crops. The loss is estimated at 70 per cent.
