Wellington, last night, &.t a meeting of the Council of the New aland Polo Association to-day, it was mlved to hold the next tournament at ristohurch, play commencing on Satur* y, March 10th, Dunedin, last night. M the nomination of candidates for the jrbor Board, the retiring members were ioted except in the oases of J. Dawson, jo did not stand, and was replaced by J. Rattray, and the Hon. H. Gourley, Birman, to oppose whom the Ratepayers isooiation nominated Jas. Small.
