In pursuance of the 1904 arrangement a Frenoh mission, under Senator Sainst Germain, is coming to London to-day in connection with the lauded property question in New Hebrides. Advantage will also be taken of the occasion to arrange matters in connection with the contemplated mission of Sir Eldon Gorst.
