(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, last night. At a meeting of the North Canterbury Eduoalion Board to-day, Mr E. K. Mulgan, M.A., one of the Auckland Inspectors, was appointed Inspector of schools to fill the vaoanoy caused by tho elevation of Dr Anderson to the position of Assistant Inspector-General at Wellington.
