TURANGANUI BOWLING CLUB. HANDICAP PAIRS. SHN At the Turanganui Bowling Club's green on Monday the fourth ma‘oh in tho Handicap Pairs eventuated, the result being:

Earle Hird Skeet, skip 26 Colley, Bkip 17 On the Ist head Earle and Skeet put up 2, but Hird and Colley, replying with a 6, a 2, and two singles, had a good leal on the sth boad, haviog 10 to their opponents’ 2, On the 6th head Earle and Skeet soored a single, and following this up with throe 2’s and a 1 dtow level with their opponents on the 10th head, the scores being 10 all. Two einglos wore secured by Hird and Colley on the next two heads, but Earle and Skeet, with a I, 6, and 1, obtained the advantage, the soorts on the 15th head beiog : Earle and Skeet 18, Hird and Colley 12. Tho latter pair secured a 3 on the next bead, this being replied to with a 1 and 3. There was no score on the 19th head owing to a misunderstanding. On the 20th head Earle and Skeet oblained a single, Hird and Colley replying with a 2 on the last head, the score thus standing—Earle and Skeet 23, Hied and Colley 17. The la’.tar pair having to give their opponents a handicap of 3 points, Earle and won the game by 9 points.
