Tho statement for the 39th week of the New Zoaland Utility Poultry Club’s egg" laying competition at Lincolo Colbga shows that 618 eggs wore laid duriog the week, making a total to date of 25,441. Tho host totals for tho week wore : J. G. Shaw, brown Leghorns, 28; H. Leger, whito Wyandct:ee, 25 ; S. Cox, buff Orpingtons, 24; H. Hawke, silver Wyan» dottos, 24 The highest grand totals to dale are : H, Hawke, silver Wyandottes, 1012; J. Mann, white Wyandoitee, 890; J. H. Shaw, brown Leghorns.
