Per Press Association. Auckland, last night. Mt Gteenalade, M.H.R., has received the fol owing telegram from the Premier : “ You will be p'easei to learn that Maugatotorolo and the Mangawhera estates have teen acquired from the Assets Board by the Government at £3 12s 6d and £3 10s per acre respectively.
