Ooopman Young, of Smithfield, on a charge of adulterating colonial butter, was fined £2O on one count and 20a on another. Tho prosecution did not proceed with the oase in respect to a box of Queensland butter. The Agents-Generalare considering the advisability of instituting a spooial prosecution respecting it.
