(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, last night.

The statement for the 88th week of the New Zealand Utility Poultry Club’s egglaying competition at Lincoln College shows that 665 eggs wore laid during the week, an average of 17.5, making a total to date of 24 823. The following are the best t tah for the week:—o. Peleisen’s black orpingtons 27, Alexandra Poultry Company’s white Plymouth Books 27. The best totals to date are H. Hawke’s silver wyandotles, 988, J. Maon’s white wyandottes. 874, J. Hi Shaw’s browD leghorns 839, R. E. M. Evans’ silver wyandoltes 783.
