BOMB THROWING. By tslography Presn !As»’n £ .Copyright St. Petersburg, Jan. 21. A bomb thrown at Odessa killed five and wounded 20 people. The Czar has dismissed 19 generals hostile to the programme of modsrn reforms. A congress of Constitutional Dsmoorats at Si. Petersburg telegraphed congratulating Sir H. O. Baunerman and Mr Burns on their victories at the British eleotions. Eight bombs wero discovered in Prineess Kozlovskaia’s residence. Mosoow police allege that a bomb was intended to bo ÜBed to create a panic at yesterday’s ceremonial of Blessing the Waters, and thus afford an opportunity of murdering M. Dubasoff.

Petersburg resolved to observe Anniversary Sunday as one of general mourning. They advise that no aggressive movement be made at present. Maxim Ghorky denies that the revolutionary movement is Btamped out. He declares that it is advancing towards decisive victory.
