FATAL FOLLY.

(Per Press Association.) Auckland, lasi night. At the inquest on Aleo Moses, previously called Myers, Eoy King, who fired the fatal shot, said tho pistol belonged to his elder brother. The Coroner said it was impossible to bring a charge of manslaughter against King, though ho would probably have been I charged if older.
