Blenheim, last night. In the Magistrate’s Court a young man named John Foley proceeded against a pcl : ce oonatable on a charge of assault alleged to have been committed on the occasion oi an open air addrcs3 delivered | in Blenheim on a reoent evening by John Ho : kle.
