After'a hearing lasting seventy-two days to decide whether the sale of corsets under tho title “W. B. Corroct Form” was an imitation of Weiogarten Bros’ “W, B. Erect Form.” The Supremo Court granted an injunction oga'nst the Treadway Co, of Collingwood, prohibiting tbe sale of any corsets not of Weiogarten’a manufacture under tbe name of “ W. B. Erect ” or “ or W. B. Correct Fo rm ” or any other similar name likely‘to deceive.
