Erect Form.” The Supremo Court granted an injunction oga'nst the Treadway Co, of Collingwood, prohibiting tbe sale of any corsets not of Weiogarten’a manufacture under tbe name of “ W. B. Erect ” or “ or W. B. Correct Fo rm ” or any other similar name likely‘to deceive.
