(Per Press Association.) Wellington, last night. The lawn tennis meeting was resumed to-day in Bpleodid wea'her, The courls are in good order. The only championship games yet played are the ladie’s ohampionßhip doubles, io which Misses Harman and Beikeley beat Mesclameß Goldie and Pierard 6—2, 6—l, and men’s championship doubles, in which Smythe and Sloman beat Bed and Duncan, o—4 6-4, 6-0.

In the men’s championship doubles White aud Fisher beat Young and Ailken B—6, 6—3, 6 —2 ; Parker and Swanston beat Bauchop and Borrie 6—o, 6 —l, 6 1; Goss and Borrows beat Marks and Cooke 6—3, 6—2, 6—l.
