(Per Press Association.) Invercargill, last night

The coroner’s inquest touching the death of Mrs Margaret Winsloe, who was fatally injured by the shaft of a light cart which came info collision with a motor oar in which she was riding in Gore, concluded to-day, the jury finding that vhe deceased met her death by being struck by the shaft of a trap driven, by John Whitingham, and that Whitingham did not exercise sufficient care in tho management of tho horse. No blame was attached to tho driver of the motor. Whitingham will be charged to-morrow with manslaughter, Mr Winsloe admitted that the collision might have been avoided if the driver of the motor bad kept nearer tho kerb.
