A very pleasant time was spent last ovening by the membors of the local branches of tho Rechabito Order, after the meetiug of the Gisborne Tent. The occa Biou was a complimentary soeial to Sister E, Scott and Bro. R. Haycock in honor of their approaching marriage. Bro. R. H. Clark presided over the gathering. A varied programme of songs, roeitations, etc., was given, and the dispensing of refreshments added to tbo enjoyment of al l . During the evening an opportunity vra3 taken by Bro. Clark (on bebaif cf the male and female Tents) to prosent Bro. Haycock with a valuable dinner servicp, and in doing so he wished the happy couple every happiness and prosperity. Sister Rice and Bro. Nasmith also added their congratulations and best wishes. Bro. Haycock, in a few well-choaen words, thanked the members for tho gift.
