Houses were blown down and unroofed, and low lyiog pacts of the city are under water. Resilents were resouod from their bouses in boat*. In one instance a mother was rescusd, but her was drowaed. A sohool girl attempted to oross Inundah oieek, but was twipt away, and perished.
