B|J telegraph,. Pres* [Aia’n, Copyright London, Nov. 29, Sir Robert Reid, speaking at Walford, agrees unreservedly with Sir H. C. Bannerman’s attitude on Home Rule. Mr R. B. Haldane, speaking at Salisbury, declared that the Liberals would see Ireland possessed a Government for the people, through the people, and by the people, :but next Parliament would not establish an independent or even a statutory Parliament in Ireland. The Westminster Gazotto says the Liberal Government is not going in the next Parliament to take the country unawares and dash itself on tbo rocks by a third attempt to oarry Home Rule. The Board of Education reports that the Act is workiog smoothly. The administration is more aotive and efficient. There are serious differences with volunacy sohools in some localities.
