It is unoortain how many of the Black Sea fleet have joined the mutineers. Tho Russ Btatos that the captains and officers arrested have beeo sent ashore. The cruiser Otobakoff certainly mutinied. Agrarian disturbances continue unabated in intensity. . While the dookere were unloading a gun runner at Poti harbor, on the east shore of the Black Sea, soldiers interfered. Severe fighting ensued, lasting many hourß. Ultimately tho soldiers seized a thousand rifles and 54 boxes of ammunition,

Troops in St. Petersburg demand ohanges involviog e Complete remodelling of the condition of service. Manchurian troops deolare that it is impossible to exist on peace pay and rations. The university at Odessa has been closed to prevent officers and soldiers holding a revolutionary meeting. The peasants’-revolt is extending to the Baltio provinces and Southern Members are forming unions and raising the ory “ Land and corn.” They threaten to take land by force, cease paying taxes, and exterminate all rural authorities. Reoeived 11.36 p.m., Nov 29. General Neplineff has been appointed commander-in-chief at Sevastopol. He attacks the 1 mutineers to-day unless they surrender. The mutineers hold all except two forts and the best part of the squadron, whioh refused to put to sea. , -
