Vienna, Nov. 25. It is Bomi-offioially reported here that, owing to iho Porto’s negative reply, the solution henceforth will depend on the operations of the warships. The Powers previously warned Bulgaria, Servia, and Greoco to icmain neutral and passive during the demonstration. London, Nov. 25. Correspondents state that the Porte’s veiled threat regarding disorders or massacres has atoused great indignation in diplomatic circles. Germany claims that Herr Bilberstein has again urged tho Sultan to yield.
