HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE.
" THE MAGIC KETTLE.”
All arrangements have been completed for the appearance at Hie Majesty’s Theatre to-morrow evening of a company of entertainers, headed by certainly one of the moat interesting novelties ever placed before the New Zealand publio. This is “ The Magic Kettle,” which Professor Andrews first introduced in the form of an entertainment at the Palaoe Theatre, London. It was the first publio exhibition ever given'of liquid air, a discovery of chemical scienoe, which is yet in its infancy, but the future possibilities of whioh ere incalculable Professor Andrews has been able to turn the discovery, to the purpose of publio amusement,, as well as instruction, and by means of his magio kettle to give a most interesting performance. For the purposes of producing his liquid air, Mr Andrews has brought with him from London a special and expensive plant in charge, of an experienced engineer. In addition to the above novelty, Mr Bailey is also introducing a number of new artists of English aud Australian reputation, notably Alma, the court magician, the Cathedral Choristers, Miss Elsie Peerless, and others. "
