Government also intended to k endeavor to esttblish a system under M.,,which pensions would be paid to every W'ioul in tho oolony, people paying a little ? money at a time, which would be subeidised bythe State. In supportiogthe Japr anese alliance, the Premier said the Japanese did not want to oomo to New Zealand, and would not bo allowed to if they did.
