A festival is to be hold in His Majesty’s Theatre to morrow, that being the anniversary of the Sunday school in connection with St, Aodrew’B Church. A strong choir of adults and children have for some time practised the series of new hymns specially imported for the occasion The musio is by Ernest Niohol, of Hull, the poetry by Colin Sterne, names now well known all over England, The preacher for the day will be stie Rev.K Puttison, of Waipukurau, who has a reputation of being one of the foremost men of the Church in New Zea’aod. The choir will be assisted by an efficient oroheatra under Mr Messey, and the Ride Band will lead in the congregational portion of the musio. The whole proceeds of the oolleotion will be devoted to the fundß of the Sunday school, which for many years has done suoh good work among the children,'
