IN pursuance and exoroise of the powers vested in them In that behalf by The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1901, ‘be Cook County Counoll do hereby reaolvo as follows:»That for the purpose of providing ‘be interest and other charges on a Loan of £3OUUt authorised to be raised by ‘be Cook County Conuoil under the provisions of The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,’ for constructing a dray road from the Mangamaia Bond to Section 16, Mangatu No.l, the said Cook County Counoil do hereby make and levy a Special Bate of Sevenpenoe in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Mangamaia Loan District No. 2, flomprising—
Western portion of Snbdlvison 10 o Mangatu No. 1| 4931 aores. Subdivision 19 of Mangatu No. 1. Eastern portion of Section 18, Mangatu No. 1,1890 aores. Subdivision 16 of Mangatu No. 1. And that suoh Bpeoial rate shall be an annußl recurring rate during the ourreney o such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of January and the first day of July in faoh and every year during a period equal to the currency of suoh loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off. Resolved) “ That in accordance with the prayers of the petition of two-thirds of the Arai Boad Diatriot, this Counoil heieby Merges the Arai Boad Diatriot into the County, and Dissolves the Board thereof. This Speoial Order to come into force on the Ist JANUARY, 1906."
