All portions of the island woro represented by delegates, who were cordially welcomed by the Mayor, In a oase of dispute between the Masterton Society and an exhibitor, in whioh the Association was asked to arbitrate, it was resolved that tho exhibitor bad no olaim against the Masterton Sooiety.
