Bryan was fined £ls on two ohargea, and Biobatd Solomon £26 on three oharges. At the oonolnsion of the eases Mr Day said the behaviour of bookmakers was becording a public scandal, and in any future eases coming before the Oourti if there were two convictions against aoousedl, he would seriously consider the exercise of other powers conferred upon him by the , Act. • - ’’' 1 -•w
