By telegraph, Presa Ass’n, Copy: Madrid, Oot. The Spanish cruiser Cardinal Ois struok a rock in a fog at Moseldo £ land, near Corunna, and sunk. The were saved in the snip's boats. Reoeived 9.40 p.m., Oot. 30. Madrid, Oot. 8 The cruiser Cardinal Cisneros struck unchartered rock, tearing an enorm bole in her bows. She' sunk in for minutes. ■
