Blenheim, last night. . The result of the Salvation Army’s selfdenial effort in Blenheim district is a total subscription of £260. This' is' a record, being £6O more than the previous return.
The total amount oolleoted by the Salvation Army during the self-denial month in Gisborqe was £4lO, which is £l7B oyer last year. , .The amount oolleoted last year, £282, was set ae a target for the local corps. Practically, tho whole of the amount was raised, through. personal collecting within the iast three weeks.
