At the Appellate Court iu the succession case of Hori Haehaepo, Whangara B 1 and another block, the decision of the Lower Court wbb reversed, granting succession to the appellaat and others. In the Waitangi No. 1 block succession oase judgment of tho Lower Court was reversed. A succession case in the Waihiharore blook was remittod to the Lower Court to be reheard. Tho appellant claimed that she and others had been omitted from the succession made. To-day several Coast coses which are not being proceeded with by appellants will be mentioned and dismissed-
