Beceived 4.24 p.m., Oot. 14. St. Petersburg, Oot 15. Workmen at Moscow erected barricades in Eoshdestvenlsky Avenue. _ Cossacks destroyed the barricades and injured six defenders. Assovsky, assistant ohief of police, at Kisbinieff, has been assassinated. He was largely responsible for the massacres of 1903, and later the anti-eemitio dis turbanoes.
