(Per Press Asiocdation.) Wellington, last night. Mr Gow, who was a member of the expedition which left Wellington on September 7th in the schooner Emma Sims to endeavor to recover the bullion which wont down in the Elingamite off the Three Kings, has roturnod to Wellington, haviog been landed from the eohooner at Auckland. Tho eohooner is on her way baok to Wellington. Mr Gow reports that the ex. pedition failed in its objeots. Bad weather was experienced ..almost con. tinuously, and several weeks were spent zig-zagiDg about in various directions, Only onoe did tboy get near tbe wreck, and then the sea was too heavy to. permit anything being dons. They found hundreds of goats on the Great King and myriads of seabirds nesting in the cliffs,
