(Beforo Judges Jones and. Jackson Palmer.) In the Native Appellate Court yesterday decisions were given in two Wairoa cases.

I In regard to a will of Karaitiana Ahiwera, tbe Court upheld the will, reversing the deoision of the Lower Court. In the Nuhnka No. 2 E 3 partition oasc, the Court held that the partition having been made by voluntary arrangement could not now he departed from, and affirmed decision of the Lower Court.
