Reuter reports that the police at Mosoow expelled Schwartz, who was visiting his pareots, ou the ground that he was a Jew,and therefore unentitled to remain. As a soldier Sohwartz was wounded eleven times in Manchuria, was thrioe the recipient of the St. George’s Cross for bravery, and reoeived the life-saving medal for roscuing an officer from drowning.
