London, Oot 13. The Home Seoretary has informed the Rev. Shaputji Edalji that if his son’s conduot continues good he will be released by lioonse in Ootober, 1906. The father replied tbat he was wholly dissatisfied with the decision. The evidence proved an alibi. The proseoution had.not proved the case. His son was inoooent, and entitled to an unconditional, immediate release. The son was sentenced to seven years in October, 1903, for maiming cattle.
