After a lengthy discussion the following resolution was passed that, while there is no wish to refase to attend the proposed conference or have representatives present, this Executive considers that sufficient notice has not been given of the intention to hold a conference ; that the snbjeota for discussion have not been formulated, aud that there is no basiß of representation, and UDtil these matters are deoided any conference would be premature.
