NATIVE APPELLATE COURT.

A sitting of the Native Appellate dour 1 commenoed yesterday morning in the Native Land Court room before Judges Jones and Jaokson Palmer, with Mr Neville Nioholson (Wanganui) as assessor, Two Wairoa eases were dealt with first, and the decisions will be given this morning. There are nearly 30 cases down for hearing, a few .'of which are appeals from the decisions of Judge Jones. In the hearing of the latter Judge Edgar will sit with I Judge Jackson Palmer. The appeal of Pitihi Tutekohi has been withdrawn.
