JSpecial to Times.) Wellington, last night. Somewhat elaborate preparations are being made at Wellington for oelebrating the centenary of Trafalgar Day. There is to be a parade of the permanent and volunteer forces and the cadets, afterwards hoisting Nelson’s signal to the strains of Buie Britannia. Then Eipling’s recessional will be recited, and brief addresses de'ivered by His Exoeliency the Governor, tbe Premier as president of the Navy League of New Zealand, tbe Mayor and tbe local president, Mr Aitken, M.H.8., concluding with the doxology by Bishop Wallis. A public half-holiday is to be deolured on the 20th in houor of the occasion.
