If Berlin hardware manufacturers fulfil their thread to lock out employees in sympathy with the l electricity companies, 120,000 will be thrown idle, Already that e are 50,000 worklcss. Two regiments of guards are stationed at Berlin, and engineer regiments are in readiness to work the electrical stations.
