Tho Premier thinks the session will oloso about October 20. Boferring to the polic9, be said that changes wero contemplated as tho outoomo of tho report of tho Commission, but the officers to bo transferred would not lose their positions. Legislation was to enable Supremo Court judge? to bet us a Commission for inquiring into the effectiveness of audit. He does not think the general eleotion will have auy material in* fluonce on the personnel of the new Parliament.
