The following officers were eleoted;— Patron, His Honor Judge Jones; president, Mr W. Pettie; vioe-presidents, Messrs A. W. Rees, W. D. Lysnar, Major I Winter and R. Thelwall; hon. seoretary and treasurer, F. Rutledge ; Captain, R.G, Haliamore; deputy captain, J. R, Gardiner; Committee,Messrs H. Robinson, H. B. Cato, W. Gibson, H. E. Hill, G. G. Chisholm; delegates, to Povorty Bay 0. A., Messrs Haliamore and W. Gibson ; auditor, H. E. Dodd.

Mr H. E. Hill offered o trophy to the player making the beat bowling average daring the coming season, and Mr F. Rutledge a trophy for the best field, Mr W. Gibson offered a trophy for. the most enthusiastic player.

A vote of thanks was accorded to Mr H. E. Hill, the retiring secretary, for services rendered to the Club. A vote of thanks to the chair terminated the meeting.
