Adelaide, Sept 29. The Treasurer has submitted his land and income tax proposals. Incomes of over J6SOQ from personal exertion pay 4£d in the £ up to <6BOO, and 7d over that sum. Income from property pays 9d and 18d. The extra land taxation is id over <£sooo to <£lo,ooo, Id to <615,000, Xising to 8d over £ 100,000.
