Motions were passed urging that education boards and committees should have larger powers of control, equal salaries for men and women and teachers, that Government should deal with Teachers’ Superannuation and the Teachers’ Salaries Bill before the end of the Beacon, equalty of opportunity for women with men for all public offices in the colony, including membership of either House of legislation,
